The Superbrands Trophy Awards are organized within grand Tribute Events to celebrate exceptional brands validated as Superbrands by the independent Council. The premier exclusive, high profile event had over 300 attendees, among which marketing directors and CEOs of strong brands in Romania and key members of the press.

The Tribute Event was organized by Superbrands Romania on November 16th 2006 at the private and fashionable venue, The Bamboo Club in Bucharest, when the Volume One of the Superbrands Romania Book was launched. The honouring and exclusive partner for the organization of the first Tribute Event in Romania was the Romanian oil company Petrom, also a Superbrand in the first edition of the Superbrands Programme in Romania.
